NSF58 certification completed & pending

Material safety – chemical extraction

Structural integrity – cyclic and hyrdostatic

Contaminant reduction – Total dissolved solids, VOC, cyst, etc.

NSF/ANSI 58 is the American National Standard for point-of-use (POU) reverse osmosis (RO) systems. It was developed by a joint committee with equal representation from regulators, manufacturers and end users. This standard includes requirements addressing various aspects of these systems, including:

  • Safety of materials in contact with drinking water
  • Structural integrity
  • TDS (total dissolved solids) reduction performance
  • Efficiency rating
  • Recovery rating
  • Contaminant reduction performance
  • Information for the end us
  • Specifications
  • Max inlet pressure 80psi
  • Min inlet Pressure 40psi
  • System dimensions H x W x D  318 x 12 x 349 (mm)
  • System weight 2.7kg
  • Tank Dimensions 425 h x 287w (mm)
  • Tank capacity 7-12 litres
  • Tank weight full 18kg
  • Tank pressure should be 8-10psi when empty
  • The tank will take 4 -5 hours to fill  (flush once before use)

STAGE 1 – HDGT-SED5 Sediment Pre-Filter – Removes dirt, sand, rust, and other physical particles. - Replace Every 12 Months

STAGE 2 – HDGT-CB5 Carbon Block Pre-Filter – Removes the chlorine, chloramines, bad tastes, odors, and chemicals - Replace Every 12 Months

STAGE 3 -  Membrane Removes up to 99% of the total dissolved solids and contaminants. Replace every 24 months

STAGE 4 – Carbon Post Filter (HDGT-CB5P) – Removes dissolved gases, tastes, and odors from the holding tank water Replace Every 12 Months

Optional Remineralizer

By passing the water through a remineralizer filter after the RO membrane, minerals like calcium and magnesium can be reintroduced into the water, improving its taste and potentially providing health benefits. This process helps create a more balanced and healthier drinking water.

Reverse osmosis (RO) water tends to be slightly acidic due to its lack of minerals. In the process of reverse osmosis, most minerals, including alkaline minerals, are removed from the water, resulting in a lower pH level. Generally, RO water tends to have a pH slightly below neutral, but it's important to note that the exact pH may vary depending on specific circumstances

  • The Kit includes 1 Atlas Filtri mineral water filter cartridge
  • Connections - push fit
  • 2m 1/4" tube
  • Dual clip wall cartridge mounting bracket with screws
