Really great service and advice on the (new brand for us) Omnipure water filter, great instructions on how to insert the hose, it was easy. We are really happy with the product and are once again enjoying water through this filter. We did have to buy a new bracket to fit but it was an easy change out and found a minimal cost product and the screws went into existing holes. Thanks very much John Gell!
