Filter
The Filterpure AFAC-10 cartridge is a non-regenerable drinking water filter that combines fluoride-selective Actival media and Granular Activated Carbon to reduce chlorine and odor. It typically lowers fluoride levels by 80-90% at 1 mg/L and has a six-month lifespan under normal conditions. Cartridge life varies with water quality, and a sediment prefilter may help prevent clogging. High pH, high flow rates, or bicarbonate levels over 100 mg/L can reduce its effectiveness.
