This dual-media filter combines granular activated carbon with KDF-55 technology to address multiple water quality concerns. The activated carbon effectively absorbs chlorine, taste, and odour compounds, while KDF-55 media targets chlorine and water-soluble heavy metals while providing modest control of scale, bacteria, and algae.
NSF International certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 42, it delivers proven performance for residential whole-house applications. Note: Not suitable for acidic water sources due to potential KDF media reactivity.

This jumbo carbon filter combines KDF media with granulated activated carbon to tackle multiple water quality issues in one cartridge.
