Installation instructions

Have a cloth ready to wipe up any small amounts of water released during replacement.

1. Turn off the ice maker.
2. Turn the old filter anticlockwise 180°.
3. Slide the old cartridge straight out of the housing and discard it.
4. Unwrap the new cartridge. Using the alignment guide, slide it gently into the housing until it stops against the filter connection at the back.
5. Rotate firmly clockwise until the filter snaps into position and cannot turn further.
6. Press a drinking glass against the water dispenser while checking the filter housing for leaks. Spurts and sputters are normal as air is purged from the system.
7. After filling one glass, continue flushing the system for about four minutes.
8. Turn the ice maker back on.
9. Press and hold the ‘Ice and Water’ button for three seconds to reset the filter replacement timer.
