According to the official manual/spec sheet for the GRO-2550:

Pre-filters (sediment + carbon): Replace every 12 months (some variations say 6–12 months depending on water quality).

Post-filter (carbon polishing filter): Replaced at the same time as pre-filters — part of the “pre/post-filter” group.

RO membrane: Replace approximately every 24-18 months — though water quality, water usage and maintenance strongly affect actual lifespan.
Note: If your water has high sediment load or chlorine levels (or other contaminants), you'll likely need to replace pre-filters more often to protect the membrane and maintain water quality
